Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026.
Using this website
You can use this website to learn about our plumbing and HVAC services, see our service areas, request service, or check current specials. By using this site, you agree to use it only for legitimate purposes — don’t try to break it, scrape it commercially, or use it to harass anyone.
Service requests
Submitting a contact form or calling our number creates a request, not a contract. A formal service agreement begins when one of our licensed technicians arrives on-site and you approve a written estimate. Our flat $49 diagnostic fee is payable at the time of the on-site visit; if you approve the repair, the $49 is credited toward the work.
Pricing and estimates
Pricing on this website (including specials and discounts) is subject to change. The price you actually pay is what’s on your written estimate, signed before work begins. Specials and coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Warranties and guarantees
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Specific parts and labor warranties vary by service and will be detailed on your written estimate. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment apply per the manufacturer’s terms.
Licensing
ABA ONE Plumbing, Heating & Air operates under Texas Master Plumber license RMP/MAPGAS #42122 and TDLR HVAC contractor license #TACLA00160134C. All work performed by us complies with applicable Texas plumbing and mechanical codes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim arising from work we perform is limited to the cost of the work itself. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of business, or damages caused by pre-existing conditions in the property unless we negligently fail to identify them during our diagnostic.
Disputes
If something goes wrong with our service, the fastest path to a fix is calling us directly: (346) 538-0620. Most issues are resolved by a return visit at no additional charge. If a dispute can’t be resolved that way, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top.
