Our office is open Mon–Sat 7am–8pm. Outside those hours, our 24/7 emergency line is answered by a real dispatcher who routes urgent calls — burst pipes, no hot water, sewer backups — to an on-call licensed technician. Most after-hours emergencies in the Katy area are reached within 60–90 minutes.

Flat $49 to drive out and diagnose, regardless of how long the diagnosis takes. If you approve the repair, the $49 comes off the bill. If you don’t, you owe $49 and a written estimate — useful even if you decide to call someone else for a comparison.
